The Waveney Woodwind Quintet is composed of the principal wind players of the Waveney Sinfonia, a community orchestra based in Lowestoft. They enjoy playing a broad repertoire of quintet music, ranging from Mozart to Shostakovich, and have been performing concerts in Lowestoft and beyond for the past five years.
Admission is free with a retiring collection to defray expenses. Donations of at least two pounds per head are valued to maintain the series. Tea and coffee are served from 12.30pm.
